1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your stickers safe for children?
Yes! All Sticklure stickers are non-toxic, meet ASTM safety standards, and are suitable for children. They are made with high-quality, child-safe materials.
6. What types of stickers do you sell?
We offer a wide variety including:

7. Are the stickers easy to peel and reposition?
Yes. Our stickers are designed with easy-peel technology so little hands can use them without frustration. Most are also repositionable.
8. Are the stickers waterproof?
Many of our sticker packs (especially for water bottles and laptops) are waterproof or water-resistant. This is clearly mentioned on each product page.
9. How many stickers are in each pack?
The number of stickers varies by design. Exact quantity and sheet size are listed on every product page.
10. Can I use these stickers on walls, notebooks, or water bottles?
Yes. Our stickers work great on notebooks, water bottles, lunch boxes, walls (smooth surfaces), reward charts, and more. For walls, we recommend testing on a small area first.
11. Are your stickers suitable for toddlers?
We have many large, easy-to-peel stickers perfect for toddlers (2+ years). Please check the recommended age on each product page.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my stickers arrive damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
